Straight answers about applying, documents, and what happens after you submit.
How do I apply to a Wesbury school?
Choose a school on the admissions page, then complete the online application: learner and academic details, guardian information, medical details, and the indemnity section. You can review everything before submitting, and your progress saves automatically so you can finish later.
Which documents do I need for the application?
You need the learner ID, birth certificate or passport, latest school report, proof of residence, parent or guardian ID, and a recent learner photograph. Attach clear scans or photos (PDF, JPEG, or PNG, up to 10 MB per file) in the uploads step. A second guardian requires their ID as well.
Which grades can I apply for?
The 2027 direct online application selectors show Grades 8–12 for Wesbury College of Science and Port Shepstone International High School, and Grade RR–11 for Hibberdene Academy, matching the school profiles.
What happens after I submit the application?
The parent or guardian receives a secure email to sign the application documents. Signing confirms the documents — it is not yet acceptance. The admissions team then reviews the application and contacts your family about the next steps.
Can I save an application and finish it later?
Yes. The form autosaves after each change, so if you close the tab and come back on the same device, you are asked whether you want to continue where you left off. Uploaded documents must be attached again if you left before the uploads step.
How much are the school fees?
2027 annual tuition: Hibberdene Academy R17,000–R24,500 by grade; Wesbury College of Science and Port Shepstone International R17,500–R30,000 by grade. The application fee is R600 (non-refundable) at all three schools. Full tables are on each school's page.
