Admissions questions
Straight answers about applying, documents, and what happens after you submit.
How do I apply to a Wesbury school?
Choose a school on the admissions page, then complete the online application: learner and academic details, guardian information, medical details, and the indemnity section. You can review everything before submitting, and your progress saves automatically so you can finish later.
Which documents do I need for the application?
You need a birth certificate or passport, the latest school report, proof of residence, and the parent or guardian ID. Attach clear scans or photos (PDF, JPEG, or PNG, up to 10 MB per file) in the uploads step. A second guardian requires their ID as well.
Which grades can I apply for?
Wesbury College of Science and Port Shepstone International accept applications for Grades 8 to 12. Hibberdene Academy takes learners from Grade RR through to Grade 12. The application form only shows grades and programmes that are open for the school you select.
What happens after I submit the application?
The parent or guardian receives a secure email to sign the application documents. Signing confirms the documents — it is not yet acceptance. The admissions team then reviews the application and contacts your family about the next steps.
Can I save an application and finish it later?
Yes. The form autosaves after each change, so if you close the tab and come back on the same device, you are asked whether you want to continue where you left off. Uploaded documents must be attached again if you left before the uploads step.
How much are the school fees?
Each school page publishes its confirmed fee schedule, including annual tuition and payment details. Where 2027 fees are still being finalised, the fees section says so and gives an email address to request the schedule as soon as it is available.
How do I contact admissions?
Email the admissions team at info@wesburyschools.com, or use the phone numbers listed on each school page: Wesbury College of Science and Port Shepstone International on 039 682 3160, Hibberdene Academy on 068 162 5063.
When do I get portal access?
After acceptance, families receive sign-in details for the parent portal, where notices, reports, and school communications are shared. Sign-in is handled securely through the school platform — the school never sees your password.
